Use of Google Data (Limited Use Disclosure)

• Keep It Lean Email Automation's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We use your Gmail data only to provide the email automation services you have requested. We do not use this data for serving advertisements, nor do we sell or share this data with third parties for any purpose other than providing the core functionality of our service (e.g., via our sub-processor Aurinko).

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using:

• Google Sheets: Campaign data, contact lists, and performance metrics

• Airtable: Workflow configuration and campaign management

• Encrypted storage: OAuth tokens and authentication credentials

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services:

• Active campaigns: Data retained throughout campaign duration

• Authentication tokens: Retained while service is active

• Historical data: Performance metrics retained for reporting purposes

• After service termination: Data deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain

Professional details may come from publicly available sources and trusted vendors (e.g., contact discovery and email verification tools). We use this data only to share relevant services, keep it only as long as needed, and honor opt-outs immediately.

11. Recipient Rights

If you receive emails sent through our service and wish to exercise your rights, you can:

• Reply to any email with "unsubscribe" to opt out

• Contact the sender directly for data access, rectification, or erasure requests

• Object to processing by responding to the email
